Strata rules, narrow elevators, shared hallways, neighbours above and below, tight parking — there's no room for a sloppy crew. Before we lift a roller we coordinate with your building manager — submitting our COI to the strata, booking the elevator, confirming move-in/move-out hours, and reviewing any building-specific rules. Hallway carpet, lobby tile, elevator panels and unit thresholds are all protected before any tools come in. Neighbours never deal with fumes because we use ultra-low-VOC paints exclusively in stacked buildings.
Inside the unit, we work room-by-room so you can keep living comfortably even on a single-day turnaround. Walls are patched and sanded, trim is caulked, doors and closets are detailed, and every surface gets two full coats of premium paint. Most one-bedrooms are turned over in a day; two-bedrooms in two; townhouses in three to four. Yes — we provide a Certificate of Insurance addressed to your strata corporation or property manager, usually within 24 hours of being asked.
How long does it take to paint a condo?
Most one-bedroom Vancouver condos turn over in a single day. Two-bedrooms typically take two days. Townhouses and larger units take three to four.
Will my neighbours smell paint fumes?
We use only low-VOC and zero-VOC paints in stacked buildings, so odour is minimal. Most neighbours never notice we're working.
